- Host and I publicize the clinic via email and flyers.
- Pre-registration begins and forms and payment start to arrive.
- Clinic day arrives at last!
Information needed from the host: This information is used to produce a clinic flyer, registration forms, and information packet for the clinic, once we set a date.
- Copy of liability release for your facility
- Street address and driving directions to your facility
- Special rules that visitors to your facility should observe
- Extra charges or considerations for horses visiting your facility
- Location of lavatory that clinic participants may use
