Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine is offering a Short Course in Equine Podiatry for veterinarians, farriers, and horse owners, Saturday and Sunday, October 30-31, 2010. The Equine Podiatry Weekend will be held on the campus of the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in Auburn, Alabama, at the John Thomas Vaughan Large Animal Teaching Hospital.
Topics include: Equine Metabolic Syndrome (Insulin Resistance), Cushing’s Disease, Underrun Heels, Application and Uses of Equicast. See the brochure online for a detailed schedule.
Conference Registration Fees: $300 for Veterinarians, $200 for Farriers, and $125 for the general public before October 10. Fees increase by $50 after October 10 (Fee includes meals).
One day only registration fee: $200 before October 10, $250 after October 10.
Note: This conference will supply 20 hours of CE to attendees.
